  "dochtmlcon": "<div class=TRS_Editor><div class=\"TRS_PreAppend\" style=\"overflow-x: hidden; word-break: break-all\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%; text-indent: 32pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 115%\">一、信访人必须自觉遵守国家的政策法令、遵守检察机关的有关制度和规定。<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%; text-indent: 32pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 115%\">二、信访人应按规定进行登记，依先后次序等候接访。<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%; text-indent: 32pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 115%\">三、多人采用走访形式提出共同信访事项的，应当推选代表，代表人数不得超过<span lang=\"EN-US\">5<\/span>人。<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%; text-indent: 32pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 115%\">四、信访人对其控告、举报内容的真实性负责，不得捏造、歪曲事实，不得诬告陷害、诽谤他人。对于信访人捏造、歪曲事实，诬告陷害、诽谤他人，构成犯罪的，应当依法追究刑事责任。<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%; text-indent: 32pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 115%\">五、信访人应做到依法有序信访，对于信访人的下列行为，经过劝阻、批评或者教育无效的。经移送公安机关依法处理：<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%; text-indent: 32pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 115%\">（一）在人民检察院办公场所周围非法聚集、围堵、冲击人民检察院，拦截公务车辆、堵塞、阻断交通，影响正常办公秩序的；<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%; text-indent: 32pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 115%\">（二）携带危险物品、管制器具的；<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%; text-indent: 32pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 115%\">（三）侮辱、殴打、威胁检察人员，或者非法限制检察人员人身自由的；<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%; text-indent: 32pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 115%\">（四）在信访接待场所滞留、滋事，故意破坏信访接待场所设施，或者将生活不能自理的人弃留在信访接待场所的；<span lang=\"EN-US\"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 115%; text-indent: 32pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; line-height: 115%\">（五）煽动、串联、胁迫、以财物诱使、幕后操纵他人信访或者以信访为名借机敛财的。<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>",
